I specifically searched for a sleep product with 50mg apigenin (the dose used in research). Every other brand either doesn't list it or underdoses to 10mg. VYTA hits 50mg. Combined with the magnesium glycinate this is the best sleep stack I've used in 5 years of experimenting.

Take it 60-90 minutes before bed, not right before. Learned this the hard way. When timed correctly the sleep onset is noticeably faster and I'm getting more vivid dreams which tracks with better REM. Good product, just read the directions.
